Are sessions in person or online?

All one-on-one consultations are online. You'll get a video link by email after you book.

 

When are appointments available?

Monday–Thursday evenings, Saturday mornings and Sunday afternoons. Open times are shown on the booking calendar.

 

What happens after I book?

You'll receive a confirmation and a short questionnaire. Completing it before your session helps us make the most of your hour.

 

Do you work with student-athletes?

Yes. Our planning resources include a Scholar-Athlete Profile and an NCAA division worksheet.
